BTW Bent Knees
Measure the distance from the wall by sitting in a pike with your legs straight and your toes pointed. Kick-up to the wall and bend your knees to 90degrees. Set your shoulder position, find your best hollowbody position, and begin to press into your fingers. Allow the toes to gently float off the wall and try to remain in this position for 30s. If you are comfortable here, try straightening one leg at a time. Maintain your alignment and shoulder position.
