BTW Tuck

Place your hands close to the wall and kickup to straight handstand. Keeping a strong toe point, slowly slide your toes down the wall as far as you can and hold. Maintain your stacked shoulder position the entire time. If you feel comfortable, play with getting into a deeper tuck by bringing your knees further towards your chest and work on balancing your tuck handstand.
